Document checks built around your standards
See which documents are missing information and which break your rules, with the line that proves it.
Company-defined rules. Source-linked results. Human judgement.
Built around your document standards, whatever the document: your required fields, your formats, your business rules. partners@rolebird.co.nz
| Line amount | 100.00 |
|---|---|
| Line amount | 50.00 |
| Tax | 22.50 |
| Stated total | 173.50 |
100.00 + 50.00 + 22.50 = 172.50. The document states 173.50.
Fixed examples explain the workflow: an invoice and a timesheet here, the same two checks for whatever document your business defines. This page does not run the SDK, accept documents or authorise payment or pay.
A fictional invoice shows why complete structure and correct evidence need separate checks.

Fictional scenario
Monday morning, an accounts team loads the week's supplier invoices against its own standard: supplier name, invoice number, purchase order reference, line amounts, tax, total. ClaimGate reads each one and shows two things side by side: which required fields are present, and which business rules the evidence meets.
Most invoices match the standard and go straight to the approval queue with the matching lines quoted beside each rule. A few are flagged: one has a stated total that does not match its lines, one has no purchase order reference, one names a supplier the standard does not recognise. Each flag shows the exact line it came from.
A person decides the flagged ones. Nothing is corrected or approved on their behalf, and their decision is recorded beside the original result, not written over it.
A starting fit to evaluate: repeatable documents, explicit requirements and people accountable for the result.

Review purchase-order fields and configured requirements against the document's evidence.
Work through missing information and clarification without changing what the original source says.
Your business defines the document standard. ClaimGate checks the information against it.
Extract content from a supported format and retain source references. OCR output still needs human verification.
Locate required fields and flag missing, ambiguous or incorrectly formatted information.
Apply configured rules to the evidence. Show met, gap and unresolved outcomes separately.
Collect clarification alongside the original evidence. An answer never silently rewrites the source.
Invoices, receipts and purchase orders are the first examples. The same two checks apply to whatever document your business checks against a written standard: contracts, timesheets, applications, compliance forms, delivery dockets. You define the fields and the rules; each document type is configured and evaluated for your business before it goes live.
The checking core uses explicit rules. OCR output needs human verification.
Our requirements are NZ-hosted processing with no retained business-document content, no training use, and an optional deployment on your own servers.
Customer-server deployment is intended as a separately priced option. Review the processing and operating arrangements with us as part of evaluating your workflow.
Agree the required fields, the evidence and the outcomes first. Then measure whether ClaimGate improves that one workflow.

Tell us the document you check most and the requirements it has to meet. We will show the two checks on a fictional example of that document and talk through what an evaluation for your business would involve.
