ClaimGate: the idea
Narrated video with on-screen captions. All documents and examples are fictional.
A complete document
Every field can be present without every requirement being supported. ClaimGate separates structure from evidence.
The invoice example
The line amounts are 100.00 and 50.00, plus 22.50 tax. The stated total is 173.50. Required fields are present, but the calculated total is 172.50: a gap of NZ$1.00. No silent repair or payment approval.
Two checks
The mapper checks required fields and accepted formats. Business rules check whether evidence meets the company requirements. A complete structure does not mean automatic approval.
Human clarification
When the total is missing, the check stays unresolved. A human statement promising to confirm it remains separate from the original evidence.
Data control
NZ hosting, zero document-content retention and optional customer-server deployment are the requirements the service is built to. Customer-server deployment is intended as a separately priced option.
How we evaluate
Agree standards and expected outcomes before testing. Check what the original source supports. Keep development examples separate from independent evaluation. Measure wrong approvals, false flags and the work left for people.
Next step
Start with one document workflow: agree the standard, test the evidence, measure usefulness. claimgate.co.nz. Ask for a demo: partners@rolebird.co.nz.
